![]() They told me maintenance would be there right away. I called down to customer care and explained that the automatic openers were not working and I could not even open them manually. We could have had that if.OUR SHADES AND CURTAINS COULD OPEN!! We were in suite #902 (oceanfront). Was looking forward to having a beautiful view. I loved the Revel and hoped we would like it here. I was so excited and thought maybe this might work out for us. We arrived and since we are black card holders was able to get a suite. This weekend stay was very disappointing in every way. I was upgraded to a black card because I am a premium player with Borgata. I wanted to come here to see if I should change from Borgata. I am a platinum player for Borgata and I am an elite player with Dover Downs in Delaware.
